Following the survey of the feeder pipeline routes of the Kingfisher project, CNOOC contracted Quest Energy to conduct extensive stakeholder engagement and training along the pipeline routes. The success of this project paved the way for a quick and peaceful implementation of the technical aspects at development, currently underway.
