After CNOOC successfully acquired the new discoveries in the Kingfisher block, Quest Energy was contracted by the company to carry out an elaborate training and engagement program across all stakeholders in the region. This project was delivered successfully and started what has become a long and trusted working partnership between Quest Energy and CNOOC.
